LipoContour Blade
Full description
A palm-sized electric fascia blade for post-workout recovery and everyday body care. It pairs the contoured edge of a traditional gua sha tool with a vibrating motor, so you get steady, even pressure along the muscle without tiring your hands.
Three speeds, one button
A single button cycles through all three settings, and an LED indicator on the handle shows which one you're on. Start low, work up as you get used to it.
- Level 1 — 10,000 rpm, 8 Hz. Gentle, good for first sessions and sensitive areas.
- Level 2 — 12,000 rpm, 14.5 Hz. Everyday setting for shoulders, arms and calves.
- Level 3 — 15,000 rpm, 21 Hz. Strongest setting, for large muscle groups after training.
Built for one-handed use
- Contoured blade edge — the curved head follows the shape of calves, thighs, arms and shoulders instead of fighting it.
- Ribbed grip — the open-loop handle stays secure even with body oil on your hands, and lets you reach your own shoulders and back.
- Cordless — nothing tugs at you mid-session.
- Genuinely portable — 0.61 kg, comes with a zip case, fits in a gym bag.
Battery that lasts
The built-in 1,100 mAh battery runs roughly ten days on a single charge at 30 minutes of use per day. It charges over USB Type-C, so the cable you already own works — and it'll charge from a power bank if you're away from an outlet.
Suggested session times
A rough guide to start from. Shorter is fine; longer isn't better.
- Shoulders — 15–20 seconds, 3 passes
- Chest — around 30 seconds
- Back — 30 seconds to a minute, 3 passes
- Glutes — 30 seconds to a minute, 4 passes
- Legs and calves — 20–30 seconds, 3 passes
How to use
- Charge fully before the first session.
- Apply a little body oil or lotion so the blade glides rather than drags.
- Switch on at level 1 and increase only if it feels comfortable.
- Move the blade slowly along the muscle, following the times above.
- Wipe clean with a dry cloth and store in the case.

Good to know
Begin on the lowest setting and build up gradually — if you're not training at a competitive level, there's no need to reach for level 3. Stop if anything feels uncomfortable. Avoid using directly over bone, broken skin, bruises or varicose veins. If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or another implanted device, or are managing an injury or medical condition, check with your doctor before use.

How to use

Why LipoContour Blade
When your hands give out before the muscle does
A manual gua sha tool asks your wrist for every bit of the pressure. A massage gun is loud, blunt, and awkward on anything that isn't a big flat muscle.
This sits between the two: the shape of a blade, the steadiness of a motor. You guide it, the motor keeps the pressure even, and your hands stay out of it.
How to use it
Three steps, no learning curve
Charged out of the box and in use within a minute.
Add a little oil
A small amount of body oil or lotion lets the blade glide instead of dragging on dry skin.
Start on speed one
One button cycles through three speeds. Begin at the lowest and move up only if it feels comfortable.
Glide, don't press
Move slowly along the muscle with light pressure. The contoured edge does the work for you.

About the battery
Charging never becomes the reason you stop
The built-in 1,100 mAh battery runs roughly ten days on a single charge at half an hour of use per day. It charges over USB-C, so the cable you already own works.
If you're travelling and nowhere near an outlet, a power bank does the job just as well.
