At SortlyHub, we are dedicated to delivering your tech-wear capsule items safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping practices and terms below.
### 1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared within **1–3 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
### 2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Windows
We proudly offer worldwide shipping. To ensure the best logistics and availability, items are dispatched directly from our international fulfillment centers.
Our estimated delivery windows are as follows:
* **United States:** 10–20 business days
* **Rest of the World:** 14–30 business days
*Please note:* These delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery dates may vary slightly due to customs processing procedures, seasonal holiday volumes, or unexpected carrier delays beyond our control.
### 3. Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our facility, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your unique **Tracking Number** will be sent to you. You will be able to track your package's journey every step of the way via our trackable shipping carriers. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
### 4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
SortlyHub is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your package upon arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
### 5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
Your peace of mind is important to us. If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier tracking data, or if it hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately at **support@sortlyhub.com**. We will gladly resolve the issue by issuing a full refund or sending a priority replacement — entirely at our expense.
