# Return & Refund Policy

### Eligibility & Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We accept refund or replacement requests for items that are:
* Damaged or defective upon arrival
* Incorrect (wrong size, color, or item sent)
* Lost in transit (confirmed by tracking data)
### How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To start a process, please contact our support team at support@sortlyhub.com with the following details:
1. Your Order Number
2. A brief description of the issue
3. A clear photo of the item (if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Our dedicated team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how and where to send your package.
### Return Shipping
Please note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To ensure your return safely reaches us, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
### Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
### Non-Eligible Items
We are unable to offer refunds or cancellations for:
* Change of mind after the order has already been processed and shipped
* Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer at checkout
* Delays caused by standard customs clearance procedures or local postal carrier bottlenecks
